Pete Constanti
Non Executive Chairman
Pete is an experienced senior executive with international and FTSE experience within the Leisure Travel sector for over 25 years. He spent more than 20 years at Thomas Cook, including serving as CEO of its UK Mainstream Business and as a member of the Group’s Executive Board. Since 2013 Pete has used his vast experience in driving businesses and change programmes in challenging climates in organisations in the Commercial world as well as the Not For Profit sector both in the UK and Overseas.

Erica Brears
Director
Erica’s commitment to the travel and tourism industry spans nearly 40 years. She has worked at all levels having held senior management positions for the past 30 years. Previously with Thomas Cook for the 30 years, Erica was responsible for the Customer Relations and Customer Legal Departments, leading both areas through times of major change. Erica also worked in conjunction with Thomas Cook’s Overseas Director and UK Board in the implementation of complaint reduction programs and ensuring a consistent approach to complaint and claim management across the organisation. Compensation recoveries were also part of Erica’s remit, however the shift in the UK claim and compensation culture resulted in Erica wishing to utilise her wealth of experience in supporting hotels in reducing the pressure and cost of claim management.
Erica cofounded CCRM in 2015 with Pete Constanti and has overall responsibility for the day to day running of the business and for ensuring the highest level of personal service, innovation, and return on investment to our customers.

Colette Jowett
Head of Claims
Colette has over 35 years of experience within the travel and tourism industry. Prior to joining CCRM Ltd, Colette spent over 20 years at Thomas Cook and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in claim handling, as one of her roles was supporting Thomas Cook’s CEO, the Board of Directors and the press office with high level customer claims. Colette also managed the Thomas Cook Welfare Team with responsibility for providing a duty of care to customers following major incidents, accidents and fatalities. As Head of Claims for CCRM, Colette utilises her excellent skills of investigation, negotiation and her extensive knowledge of UK law to the full, to ensure the highest levels of service to our Hotel Partners.

Gemma Jowett
Claims Manager
Gemma has worked in the Travel and Tourism Industry for almost twenty years. Prior to joining the team at CCRM Ltd she worked for Thomas Cook for almost ten years, the first part of her career dealing with high level customer complaints and legal claims. In her role as Senior Claims Manager at CCRM Ltd, Gemma is responsible for our key partners complaints and legal claims and provides support to our hotel partners utilising her high levels of skill and expertise.
